About Umaminary
I’m Gilbertas.
After years working in professional kitchens and across different projects, Umaminary came as a natural next step — a more direct way of working, where I can develop menus, ideas and projects with greater control over the details and the outcome.
I work as a private chef, in consulting, and on visual projects — always grounded in real kitchen experience.
I’m based on the Costa Blanca, working mainly in Altea, L’Albir, Benidorm and surrounding areas.
Also available for projects nationally and internationally.
